Fed Us Lies!

     ...AND THE BIGGEST LIE OF ALL...
  • You're Not Seeing Results Because You're Just Not Trying Hard Enough!

The Truth Is...

The truth is far from what you and I have heard from so-called "Fitness Professionals".  We have been bombarded with High Intensity At-Home DVD Programs, Extreme Weightloss TV Shows, 30 Day Weightloss Challenges at our gyms, and the impossible standards placed by the 1% of people who are slapped on magazines with photo editing and body enhancements (HGH, Steroids, Plastic Surgery, etc...).  But oh do we try and try and try to be like those we see!  We tire and wage war on our less than par bodies in the hopes that one day we may look like those we see on TV or in the magazines, or at least like that one group of really fit people in our local gym.  This hope that we have makes us stop at nothing to do anything and everything we can to reach our goal... and here's where the fitness industry comes back into the picture.  

Gains or Just Greed?

It is hard to believe that we have everything we need to have a healthy and fit body.  You have your body, access to a diverse range of healthy food, and access to a bed for rest and recovery.  But somehow the fitness industry thinks its okay to convince us that those resources are simply just not enough.  We need more...
  • Stylish active wear
  • Gear to make lifting easier (lifting shoes, gloves, wrist wraps, belts, and straps)
  • Supplements to give you extra energy
  • Supplements to give you extra testosterone
  • Supplements to give you extra protein
  • Supplements to give you extra carbs
  • Supplements to help you burn more fat
  • Supplements to replace your meals
  • Supplements in containers claiming to be "real" food
  • Supplements that keep you building muscle
  • Supplements that suppress hunger
  • Shakes
  • Bars
  • Cookies
... You get the picture.

And what do all of these things cost?  MONEY!!!  Your money.  Your hard earned cash that you labor for to make ends meet, and if you are fortunate enough to have a surplus left over, then you are looking for what might be a good investment to help you succeed at your goals.  But instead of being a good steward of that hard earned cash, the fitness industry has convinced you to flush all of that investment down the toilet.  And I mean that quite literally.  Not only are most of these supplements unnecessary and ineffective, but a recent study done by the Stockton College of New Jersey showed that most supplement companies aren't even putting an accurate amount of what they say they are.  THEY ARE LITERALLY FEEDING YOU LIES.  And by the way...who said that you needed these things in the first place?  They did.  Who said that you needed to eat RIGHT after your workout to take advantage of the "anabolic window"?  They did (creating the need for half the supplements and bars and shakes they sell).  Who said that you needed a Pre-Workout to push through beastmode intensity workouts?  They did.  Who said you couldn't burn fat as effectively without a fat burning supplement?  They did.  And finally, who the heck though it would be a better idea to put powder in water and call it "real food" instead of just actually eating real food?  That's right, they did.  From the day you decided to start living a healthy lifestyle, they have been creating a rulebook for you to follow that ALWAYS leads to they getting a hold of your money!  And for most, this isn't just a one time purchase,...this is a MONTHLY EXPENSE that is doing absolutely nothing for them except giving them tingles before their workouts and very unpleasant trips to the restroom after their workouts.  

There Is A Better Way!

Like I said, you have everything you need to reach your fitness goals.  The only thing you need to do, is learn how to use them.  Here at Biocore Fitness, it is our passion to teach you not only how to use your body, but also help you set new, attainable, and meaningful goals for yourself.
